Conversation memory per contact, including transcripts of previous voice calls with the same person.
One persona can serve several linked accounts; API keys are encrypted at rest and every tenant's data is strictly isolated.
What it is not: a mass-DM or spam tool. The agent replies to conversations people start with your linked accounts; unsolicited bulk outreach is not what it is built for.
