The scenario
Booking by message is a game of tag: the customer asks for a time, you are with someone else, by the time you reply the slot moved, and three messages later nobody has booked anything. Which calendars does it work with?
Any system you can expose as an MCP tool — Google Calendar, your booking platform, or an internal API. It reads availability and writes the confirmed slot live.
Can it reschedule and cancel too?
Yes. It finds the existing booking, offers alternatives from live availability, updates the calendar and confirms — the same on chat and voice.
Will it double-book?
No. It checks live availability at the moment of confirming, so two people cannot take the same slot even if they ask at once.
