Ein REST-Aufruf liefert aktuellen Anbieter, ursprünglichen Anbieter (vor MNP), ported-Bool, Leitungstyp (mobil/Festnetz/VoIP/Wegwerf), Land, MCC und MNC. P50 <100 ms via per-E.164-Cache. Bulk-Endpoint für Kaltlisten.

Why MNP-awareness matters

In number-portability countries (US, UK, EU, BR, IN, MX, etc.) the SMS-routing operator changes when a subscriber ports out, while the number-block prefix still maps to the original carrier. Static MCC/MNC databases get the original carrier; an HLR lookup gets the current one. Routing on the original carrier means paying to send to a network that will silently drop the SMS.
